This website, 3D Stereo Photography (www.3dstereo.co.uk), sells stereoscopic photography-related products, including books and 3D viewing glasses.
The website is operated by Ian Bayley, trading as 3D Stereo Photography.

Ordering and payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). Any applicable taxes will be included in the prices shown at checkout.
Payment is taken securely through the payment methods offered at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement by email. A contract of sale is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order, normally through a dispatch confirmation.
We reserve the right to decline an order if a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error or we cannot fulfil the order. If payment has already been taken, we will refund it.
Products and descriptions
We aim to describe our products accurately and provide representative photographs.
Minor differences in colour or appearance may occur because of screen settings and printing processes. These do not affect your statutory rights if goods are not as described.
Delivery
We currently offer delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom.
Delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment. We aim to dispatch orders promptly and will notify you of any significant delay.
Unless we agree otherwise, goods will be delivered within 30 days of the order being placed.
Responsibility for the goods normally passes to you when they are delivered into your physical possession or that of someone you have nominated to receive them.
If an order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so that we can resolve the problem.
Cancellations and returns
If you purchase goods online, you normally have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason.
You must notify us of your decision to cancel within that period and return the goods within a further 14 days.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Faulty or incorrect goods
If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us at admin@3dstereo.co.uk.
We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Unless otherwise stated, the photographs, text, graphics and other original content on this website are protected by copyright.
You may browse the website for personal use, but you must not reproduce or commercially distribute its content without permission from the relevant rights holder.

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Information provided when placing an order is used to process payment, fulfil the order, communicate with you and meet applicable legal obligations.
